During our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Luoyang, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities. The housekeeping was excellent and the shower had an ample supply of hot water, which was a relief considering previous experiences in China. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, both western and Asian. We found the staff to be professional and helpful, despite some language barriers. They even went above and beyond to recommend and book tours for us, although we were unable to go due to unfortunate weather conditions. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the train station, airport, and many tourist sites. Additionally, being just a short walk away from Zhenghe Street provided us with easy access to various restaurants and food options.

The hotel was located in a great area, with plenty of food options just a few minutes' walk away. It was also in close proximity to the city centre and several popular tourist sites, including a new railway station for speed trains. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and comfy bed. the breakfast provided both western and eastern options, and the customer service was friendly and helpful.

There was a language barrier with some of the staff, which made communication difficult at times.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent housekeeping. The hotel's location in the city center is convenient for visiting tourist attractions such as Shaolin Temple. Additionally, the hotel provides a good buffet breakfast with both Western and Asian options. The staff is professional, helpful, and recommended local places to visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a short distance from the Longmen Grottoes Park. They even made sure I felt safe by providing me with the tour guide's contact information. The hotel itself was clean and luxurious, offering comfortable rooms and a lovely buffet breakfast with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided here.
